Risk of loss and title for purchased products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier where permitted by law.
6. Returns and Refunds

Certain items may be non-returnable, including customized, personalized, clearance, or final-sale items.

9. Heavenly Paws Treats – Pet Product Disclaimer and Release of Liability
Heavenly Paws Treats and any other pet-related products sold through the Site are intended solely for supplemental pet consumption and enjoyment.
Pet owners are solely responsible for determining whether any product is suitable for their pet based on the pet's age, breed, health condition, dietary needs, allergies, sensitivities, and veterinary recommendations. Life Is Heavenly does not guarantee that any pet product will be suitable for every animal. By purchasing, handling, feeding, or allowing a pet to consume Heavenly Paws Treats or any pet-related product sold on the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:
You assume all risks associated with use or consumption of the product.
You are responsible for supervising your pet during use or consumption.
You should discontinue use immediately if any adverse reaction occurs.
You should consult a licensed veterinarian regarding any health concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Life Is Heavenly, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, expenses, or causes of action arising from or related to the purchase, use, misuse, handling, feeding, or consumption of Heavenly Paws Treats or any pet-related products.
This release includes claims based on negligence, product suitability, allergic reactions, digestive issues, pet injuries, property damage, or any other alleged harm except where prohibited by law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFE IS HEAVENLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
